1. Salmon
Salmon, as well as other fatty fish is one the best foods for your skin. They come with lots of protein(which prevents hair loss), iron, and Vitamin B12(which makes hair color more vibrant .) They also have Omega-3 fatty acids which promote hair growth.

2. Carrots and root veggies
Carrots have a lot of beta-carotene, which helps them become antioxidant Vitamin A. They help have lots of anti-aging properties and promote healthy hair and nail growth. Carrots and other orange root veggies also have Vitamin C, an antioxidant which helps reduce stress, which is a major factor in poor skin.

3. Tomatoes
Tomatoes also have beta-carotene, as well as Vitamin C. But, they also have carotenoids, which, combined with Vitamin E help protect your skin from sunburn(still use sunscreen though.)A good example of the great benefits tomatoes can bring is combining them with mozzarella to make a Caprese Salad.

4. Eggs
Eggs promote strong and healthy nails. They have a lot of protein that is easy to digest. They also have Vitamins A, E, iron, and Vitamins B7 and B12 which will help boost energy. The best use of eggs with other great superfoods are omelets and frittatas.

5. Pumpkin seeds
Pumpkin seeds are one of the healthiest seeds you can eat. They have protein, iron, magnesium, potassium, biotin, and Omega-3 fatty acids. They are also alkaline-forming, so they build the body cells back up. Pumpkin seeds are good for mood, energy, hair, nails, and skin. Eat 1/4 cup a day of pumpkin seeds and you will start seeing results in no time.

6. Oats
Oats are a very inexpensive superfood. They are full of protein, biotin, and other B vitamins. They also have anti-inflammatory properties, magnesium, and potassium. Oats also include fiber and antioxidants. They lower inflammation, give you clear skin, reduce stress, and boost nutrition. You can use them in yogurt or in oatmeal for a hearty, nutritious breakfast.
